Friday, after game fellowship from a homecoming football game, we were able to stand in the rain. But the hometeam won! And then we had a service. About 400 students showed up, even the homecoming queen, all of whom skipped the dance. We had over 20 saved. It was a great night because they were expecting God to do something. We saw some great things in Knoxville with the school release program. We saw students saved during the day and at night. We had over 100 saved for the week. These people every year pray, fast, and expect God to do something. It was a great time being with Wylie and Shirley and some of our friends, and Fairview Baptist Church. Oops, my bad, after the after game fellowship, we went to another church on Saturday in North Carolina. We saw about a dozen students saved. It was a small church in the middle of nowhere. People showed up once again expecting God to do something. Be praying for me, Aaron, and Alicia as we preach, share God's word, pray for us physically and spiritually. We are now in Virginia, and we're headed to Dallas. We'll keep you informed with what God is doing... here's the key word... expectations. When people really pray and seek the Lord and expect God to do something, he ususally does. Keep praying for us running the race of faith.
