I know it's been awhile since I've sent out a blog, the Christmas holidays have been wonderful. I would say I was relaxing but I would be lying. Last minute shopping because I love my wife, six grandkids, along with peaches and our new puppy our grandkids got, Dixie. I could honestly say that Dixie and Peaches are party poopers. Every year around Christmas you hear the phrase Perfect Gift. Everyone says they have the perfect gift, they are all lying. I would say that if you are looking for the perfect gift, Matthew 6:43 says seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all things will be added unto you. In other words the perfect gift is Jesus. I guess everyone wants to know what I got for Christmas, the best gift for me was being able to be home for a few days, and pumpkin pie, and football, and just hangin' with my wife. My Cowboys got beat on Christmas day :( My spurs got beat two days later :( But I'm going to make it. Be praying for Debbie, she had foot surgery on December 27. So I'll be taking care of her when I'm at home, along with her family. It was nothing serious, just common foot surgery, she'll be on crutches and a cast for about 6 weeks. I'm now in Myrtle Beach and for you that were at the Big God word and worship conference I thought God spoke in incredible ways, as we took a journey through proverbs. I hope that you will read a Proverbs a day for the whole year and that you will embrace wisdom and walk wisdoms path consistently. We saw 35 saved at this conference, things probably that I won't ever know. Wise up in '07. Share and show Jesus to a lost world. In the midst of this conference we were able to go see the Pursuit of Happiness, I would encourage you to go see it. It was a true story with a great ending. We also saw We are Marshall, a lot of long breaks at Myrtle Beach, another true story with a very emotional ending. We are now in Big God conference number 2. Last night we saw over 180 decisions. Wow. Most of those were salvations. I talked about living clean in a dirty world, we have to start living lost and start living saved. We have to quit livin a lie and begin to live the truth. Don't live like he's a lunatic, live like he's lord. Don't live in the lust of the world, but the love of the word. And you'll live clean. PRay for us as we finish this conference up, I get to go home and be with my wife for about five days. me her and peaches are going to do nothing but sit and relax, we hope. Pray for Ken Freeman ministries, and all those people behind the scenes. Pray for a fresh annointing on our lives, for God to open up many doors of ministry, and that we see many come to know Christ. Go Cowboys, Go Spurs, Go God.
Thank you for praying for us and caring for us
Talk to you later.
